    Track your runs, sync your GPS watch, leave notes, and communicate directly through the app. Your training adjusts based on both data and how you're feeling.

    Periodized Training
    Move through training phases intentionally—building your base, sharpening for race day, and recovering with purpose.

    Unlimited Communication
    Reach out anytime via messages or email. You also have the option for regular phone or video calls—connection and feedback are always part of the process.

    Monthly Check-In Calls
    Schedule at least one video or phone meeting each month to reflect, troubleshoot, and plan ahead.

    Get help planning your race calendar, building race-day strategy, and breaking down your performance afterward. Calls are encouraged before and after key races.

    A fully personalized plan tailored to your race, lifestyle, and progress timeline designed to set you up for success from start to finish.

    📲 Final Surge Account Access
    Easily track your progress, stay organized, and view your full plan all in one place.

    💬 2 Video Call Check-Ins
    Stay connected throughout your training with two scheduled check-ins to make adjustments, troubleshoot, or simply stay motivated.

    🎯 Pre & Post-Race Debrief Calls
    We’ll talk strategy before the race and reflect afterward celebrating the effort and setting sights on what’s next.

    For current run coaching clients
    → $35/month or $90 for 3 months (paid in full)
